BUTUAN CITY – A minimum of 61 New Individuals’s Military (NPA) surrenderers have accomplished their three-day livelihood expertise coaching, an Military official stated Friday.
1Lt. Roel T. Maglalang, civil-military operations officer of the Military’s twenty third Infantry Battalion (23IB), stated the trainees are former rebels who surrendered from 2019 till the early a part of this 12 months.
