Create QR Code
Input the text in the Textbox check images below.
After you input the text we need, download the Generated QR Code as PNG and name it save to a folderÂ
Go to Canva for our template
Login to canva account using Docuneeds Email and find Djiprem18 account click “recent designs” and then choose the HMHS Template shown image below and open it.
Once you open the template click upload change the QR Code Individually and also change the name.
Once you’ve done duplicate the page to “Create new”
